Refund policy

Every AiroVenture piece is made to order, just for you.

Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item: email hello@airoventure.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice, at no cost to you.

Because items are produced on demand, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you're between sizes, reach out and we'll help you choose.
